Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crazy Events website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

Crazy Events provides family entertainment services including but not limited to live performances, character appearances, event hosting, stage productions, and event planning across Lebanon and the Middle East.

All services are subject to availability. Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in the booking confirmation provided upon agreement. The scope of services, timing, location, and other details will be documented in the booking agreement.

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event before the performance begins. We accept cash and bank transfer as payment methods.

The deposit is non-refundable unless a force majeure event occurs that prevents the delivery of services. Pricing is as quoted at the time of booking and is valid for 14 days from the quote date unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 7 business days prior to the event date. Late cancellations (fewer than 7 days) may result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.

In the event that Crazy Events must cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of any deposits paid or reschedule the event at no additional cost, at the client's discretion.

Liability

Crazy Events will deliver services as agreed in the booking confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute performers, characters, or services of equal or greater value if necessary due to illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Crazy Events shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, video content, and audio, is the property of Crazy Events and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Crazy Events.

Photography & Media

Crazy Events may photograph or film events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you consent to the use of event photographs and videos in our promotional materials, website, and social media channels.

If you wish to opt out of media usage, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
